What makes our approach different is the way we work. We begin with thoughtful, in-depth personal interviews. We sit and talk, taking the time to listen properly. Interviews can be conducted in person, via video call, or by phone if you’re not nearby. We also carefully repair, retouch, and enhance old photographs and documents, newspaper clippings, greeting cards, and letters of commendation, so they can be preserved clearly and respectfully within the book.
